Pattern Making CAD-CAM

Italian Fashion School Treviso offers Pattern Making CAD CAM Lectra courses to the students, who will learn how to use the computer for modeling. The course prepares students for the real world of work, offering practical exercises carried out by companies in the design of clothing models.

It is a 42 hour course. Group lessons, but individual character. Each teacher follows 5 - 8 students. Each student will have a CAD CAM station available with the Lectra software (Modaris and Diamino) during class. Great attention is paid to all the functions of modification and control of the models. All the themes of CAD CAM are discussed, from the introduction of the model through digitalization (electronic board) to the final placement on fabric. Requirements

1. Good modeling skills acquired in the workplace or through training courses, Professional Pattern Making Courses, Stylist or Dressmaking.
2. Patern Making working experience.
3. Familiar with computer use.

Enrollment

To send the registration request, select the desired course type (90 hours / 45 hours), click on the "application form" button, fill in the form that will appear on the screen and wait for the reply from the school. Once we have accepted your request you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details and further instruction for the completion of the registration procedure.

We will ask you to send us a copy of your identity card or passport and to pay the registration fee by bank transfer. The data necessary for the transfer will be indicated in the acceptance confirmation e-mail.

Refund

The registration fee is not refundable.

* The registration fee also includes: the textbook of Fashion Institute Burgo (Milan) "Il Modellismo" - Pattern making sewing and techniques for women, men and children, a fundamental book for modellers and professional tailors.

Lessons take place every day: from Monday to Friday, at the following times: 9:00 am - 12:00 am / 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
2 lessons per day can also be taken (as provided for the intensive course).

For Short Courses with a duration of 45, 60, 90 hours (8, 10, 15 working days) non-EU students, or those who in any case need visas for Italy, can request a tourist visa for 15 - 25 days, obtained from the Italian Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.
